Who is it for?
- Anyone over 18 with low/intermediate level English proficiency (other universities/colleges etc.)
- Anyone who would like to improve their English to prepare for a standardised English Proficiency Test.
- Adult professionals (school teachers/doctors etc.) who simply want to become more proficient in English (Kigali-based)
Programme Details & Structure
The programme is structured as a 10-week immersive language boot camp, where participants engage in formal instruction focused on improving their linguistic competencies including, but not limited to, grammar, vocabulary and orthography, interwoven with a wide array of practical communicative language activities to improve their reading, listening, writing, speaking and interaction skills.
The programme requires an average of 250 hours of learning in total, or 25 hours per week, consistent with benchmarks established and validated at Cambridge University.
