For more than two decades, he has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurial organizations, universities, governments, and nonprofit institutions to unlock new markets, forge high-impact partnerships, and create opportunities that drive both economic growth and social impact.
Today, Mobolaji serves as Co-Founder of The 234 Project Foundation, a nonprofit advancing leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, artificial intelligence, education, workforce development, and community development across Africa. Since its founding in 2015, the Foundation has positively impacted more than three million young people through leadership academies, entrepreneurship programs, AI hackathons, innovation challenges, STEM initiatives, workforce readiness programs, health interventions, and strategic collaborations with governments, universities, corporations, development organizations, and civil society partners. Its mission is to equip the next generation of African leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators with the skills, networks, and opportunities to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
Previously, as Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships (Global) at Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Mobolaji led the organization’s global partnership strategy across a community of more than 20,000 entrepreneurs in over 80 countries, expanding strategic alliances, strengthening member value, and introducing a commercial value framework that transformed how partnership impact was measured. Prior to EO, he spent nearly two decades at Dell Technologies, where he helped scale the company’s Alternative Routes to Market business from $22 million to more than $800 million in annual revenue, built and led a 45-person commercial organization, and launched Dell for Startups.
A sought-after keynote speaker, panelist, executive educator, and strategic advisor, Mobolaji has delivered keynote presentations, participated in executive panels, and facilitated leadership workshops for governments, universities, corporations, and global conferences. His speaking engagements include the U.S. Department of State, African Leadership University, DFW Startup Week, Collision Conference, Pegasus Tech Ventures Startup World Cup, Endeavor Summit, Junior Achievement Africa Company of the Year Competition, and Miami Tech Week, among many others.
Mobolaji holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. He serves on nonprofit and advisory boards and is the co-author of The Nigerian Time Machine Activity Book, an educational resource that introduces young learners to Nigeria’s history and cultural heritage.
