Dr. Melany Rabideau

Dr. Melany Rabideau, Dol, MPH, LBBP is a true leader in the healthcare industry. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with Fortune 5 companies, academic medical centers, community-based health systems, and global health institutions. Her broad experience has given her a unique perspective on healthcare operations, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance.

As the Executive Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at a leading healthcare organization in the Greater New York City area, Melany is responsible for ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. She has a proven track record for practice transformation, reversing underperforming operations through process design and optimizing patient care, all while valuing the patient-provider relationship.

Melany is a results-driven leader who subscribes to an equity agenda, ensuring accessible care across the continuum with an emphasis on primary care and keeping healthcare local. She has worked on healthcare reform initiatives, including value-based payment models, care coordination, and population health management.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Melany is also the author of a picture book series that makes leadership lessons inviting to children. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Licensed Behavioral and Body Language Practitioner.

Melany is a passionate volunteer and community leader, supporting organizations that promote public health and wellness, education, and social justice. She is a frequent speaker and presenter on healthcare quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance topics.
