1. Hire our young leaders for internships
From a pool of 6000 applicants, we selected the top 180 of Africa’s young leaders who we are developing to work with top businesses in Africa for 4 months each year of their academic programme.
2. Sponsor a young leader
Join sponsoring companies such as Swiss Re, Standard Bank, Coca Cola and Cellulant to guarantee that some of our best young leaders will join you full time after ALU and to become a preferred employer in our network.
