About African Leadership College

African Leadership College (ALC) is ALU's first campus inaugurated in 2015 in the beautiful island of Mauritius. The degree programmes offered are accredited through the Tertiary Education Commission in partnership with Glasgow Caledonian University, a modern, multicultural university with campuses in Glasgow, London, and New York. This enables us to offer internationally-recognized UK degrees.

ALC is also part of ALU's mission of developping 3 million ethical and entrepreneurial leaders for Africa and the world by 2035. It uses a personalized, student-driven, project-based, and mission-oriented approach to create agile, lifelong learners who can adapt to a changing world.

By integrating students’ learning with the real world, empowering students to take ownership of their own learning, equipping each student to think entrepreneurially, and employing the most engaging and inspiring teaching methods, ALC is pioneering a new take on higher education and leadership development.
