All fees and tuition invoices must be paid by the date stipulated in the invoice. Late payments will incur penalties including, but not limited to: interest, removal of privileges e.g. access to learning portal, etc., and ultimately withdrawl from ALU.
When making payments, it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that ALU receives the full invoiced amount. In cases where bank charges are subtracted from the fees before it reaches ALU’s account, these charges will be added to the student’s next fee invoice. All bank charges are the responsibility of the student.
The stated fees are applicable for the academic year starting September 2018 and may be reasonably adjusted in subsequent academic years. Any variation in fees will be communicated. While ALU makes every effort to maintain fees advertised on our website and other platforms, we reserve the right to reasonably modify the fees if conditions deem it necessary.
ALU reserves the right to withhold diplomas and transcripts until the student’s account is settled in full.
ALU reserves the sole right to offer financial aid in subsequent years contingent on whether the student’s first year’s fees are paid in full per the signed financial contract.
