What is your definition of leadership?
To me, a leader is someone who listens, inspires and empowers. If you can guide others into a direction that leaves them feeling accomplished and empowered, that makes you a leader. If you can lift other people’s vision to higher sights and inspire them to challenge themselves and strive to be the very best, that makes you a leader. John Quincy Adams captured it best when he said “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”
What will you say are the attributes of a good leader?
They are honesty, empathy, the ability to inspire and leading by example.
What consistent habits would you say have made you an effective leader?
The ability to inspire and motivate those I work with to give their very best all the time. Being a constant source of positive energy. But more importantly, knowing when to be in front to guide my team during the journey, and when to step back and let others take the lead.

Leymah Gbowee and Wangari Maathai.
What legacy would you like to leave?
I would like to create a world where clean water is a reality for millions across sub-Saharan Africa because I believe that access to clean and safe water is a basic human right.
